So, having an apple music subscription . Im unable to sync mp3s. Since apple decides to randomly remove music from their library. I used media monkey to add albums i want to listen to, but now it wont work, and just too complicated. How can i add music to phone??

With an Apple Music subscription, you sync using the iCloud Music Library directly.

If you don't wan to use it anymore for whatever reason, and want to sync directly with your computer, then turn off the Sync Library option in Settings ➜ Music on your iPhone. (yes, its counterintuitive I know)
With the option turned off, you can use the Finder to sync music to the iPhone over USB.
