mac book pro cracked screen - Brand new

after 3 days the screen cracks in front of my eyes!

Lucky me the crack was in the monitor and not outside.

Had to fly to bring it to the closest apple center which i was informed that i had to leave the computer 3 days to run diagnosis and understand if the problem was created by me or the factory!

it took them 6 days!!!! and no way to call!

I called apple support but with no repair ID they are unable to trace anything or assist you!!!!

Finally they certified that the problem was a factory issue but it would take them 3 to 4 weeks to fix it!

No body gave an interest to expedite it or trying to replace it! In the Philippines they dont replace as you are dealing with resellers!

So i bought a new computer but repaired, just like a refurbish but full price!

No way to call the shop! they simply dont answer!

I called many times apple support but the line would keep on dropping and they would NOT call me back! but instead i would have received 20/30 emails that they are trying to reach me, but the phone is NOT ringing!

absolutely careless company!

finally the computer was fixed (received an email) about 3 weeks!!!! and they asked me money for the shipment to mail it back! Didnt want to argue that much, so i went straight to their bank and paid the amount.

the bank confirmed the money was in their account and gave me a receipt!

i waited the computer wish didnt arrive! apple support finally gave me a direct line of for the shop, which i called and they replied but the computer was not shipped because they needed 7 days for bank validation time!

Shame on them and since jan 13 i dont have a computer to use and still no news on where is this computer!
