Can I update my iPhone 11 to iOS 17 rather than to the Latest iOS 17.3 ?

I have an iPhone 11 running iOS 16.6.1. I did not upgrade to iOS 17 when it came out (for a legitimate reason).

Now that I am ready to upgrade, it is now at iOS 17.3.

How do I get my bring the iOS up-to-date please?

Upgrade now to iOS 17.3.1 and embrace the pinnacle of iOS technology without any compromise on the advancements introduced in previous updates.
