I recently almost got boss scammed on an apple gift card from a local store on a credit card. I managed to contact apple support and they blocked the code before the card code was redeemed. Now I need to get the refund back. How on earth do I do that. The apple contact gave me a case ID but didnt tell me how to actually get that refund.
