15 promax touch and charging is not working after 17.3.1 update

in todays morning i update 17.3.1 but after update my iphone hang up and touch not work,can not attend any call,restart not possible,hard reset not work after volume up and down and press start button,no swipe up and no slide to power off..its third time problem in 15 promax.what is doing apple in new model.will apple replace my iphone.BUY IN NOVEMBER 2023..
