Sleep isn’t tracking iOS 17.3

The sleep app on Health will record the amount of time that I sleep, but no data about stages.

Can’t track sleep with iPhone 15 pro max, iOS 26. Can’t track sleep with iPhone 15 pro max, iOS 26. I can’t choose it as a source for sleep tracking in Health app. I know that we can use Apple Watch to monitor the phases of sleep. But i don’t have it. How to hide sleep score in Apple Health app? I find the display of my sleep score distracting, is there a way to turn this function off but still get all the other data about my sleep?
