Lifetime Subscription issue with ActivityBuilder on iPhone 14 Pro.

Hello

I am enjoying an app Activitybuilder daily that I purchased a Lifetime Subscription.

The problem is that when I turn on my phone in the morning after charging at night, the app has advised me that I require Activity Pro to use a short cut that I use to startup the app.

Then I go into the app to see ActivityBuilder Pro Lifetime is active on my phone but I still need to Already purchased? "Restore."

I have many other purchased subscriptions on my phone that do not pose a problem.


I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling serveral times Activitybuilder but I still get every morning that I require Activity Pro to use


I have corresponded with developer and they worked on it but they say that the problem is with my iPhone 14pro ios17.3 not the app.


I am asking if any others have had Lifetime Subscription problems with any other apps
