Magic Keyboard ? Windows

I use a Mackbook Air M1 with an OWC Thunderbolt dock. I have to switch between the Air and Windows by simply unplugging thunderbolt cable and moving to the other. Currently using a third party bluetooth keyboard and mouse with dongle so, transition is smooth as keyboard is attached to the dock, no repairing required.

Can I do the same with an Apple magic keyboard?

Keyboards that require a dongle are generally not Bluetooth, likely RF. Bluetooth devices connect directly to the computer without requiring a dongle.

The Apple Magic Keyboard is entirely bluetooth (it does not have or use a dongle), so must be paired to the Mac or the Windows PC directly but cannot be paired to both at the same time.

You can use the USB cable to connect the keyboard to the dock instead of using its Bluetooth connection, but then it won't be wireless.
