Reinstating the BLOOD OXYGEN so in new IPhones

Is there anything that the user could do to support Apple in reinstating the blood oxygen function on the newer iPhones? I have it on my older iPhone 14 and because of my health condition find it very useful and tracking my oxygen level throughout the day. Now my wife has a need for this app but it is not available on the new iPhones

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17

Blood Oxygen availability is not dependent on your iPhone model, but rather your Apple Watch model. The Blood Oxygen feature is no longer available on units sold by Apple in the United States on or after January 18, 2024. These are indicated with part numbers ending in LW/A.

Some third-party retailers might have old stock with part numbers ending in L/A, which have the feature enabled. For example, Best Buy notes "With blood oxygen feature" on some product pages.
