When I attempt to remove one of my iPhone form the device list in Find My app, the app told me I need to wait for 30 days before removing it. This would be too long for me to wait.
Could anyone tell me what I should do to bypass this waiting time?

The message is only relative to the Apple side of Find My. For customer security it remains in effect, however for the purpose of setting up a repair or replacement, it is turned off as soon as it is removed from the iCloud account.
This is expected behavior.
