Apple TV 4k random and often restarts

I've seen dozens of threads on this but no real solution. I don't know what QMS is and I don't think I should have to. At this point I also don't care about 4k picture quality, I just want my Apple TV 4K to work like the other (4) third generation units that I have running in this house. I purchased multiple high speed HDMI cables before realizing that isn't the issue.

The unit restarts often. It can be 2 minutes after booting up as the Apple TV ads play or it can be 45 minutes into a show. Its a very quick reboot, 10-15 seconds. I would just like to know if this is now an expensive paperweight or if there is a setting I can adjust to stop the rebooting, because I'm not in the market for a new tv. It's connected to a very basic Phillips LED class 4k 65" and the 3rd gen worked flawlessly.
