How do I add an insurance card to my Apple wallet?

I am trying to add my insurance card or rather update the card presently there. The choices are Apple account, debit or credit cards, transit, or drivers/state IDs. Since none of the choices are correct, how do I go about adding other types of cards?

I have iOS version 17.
