I have requested apple support for replacement of my phone when within 2 days my phone gets hanging issue - but even after 3 months i don't receive any support till now and only thing i am getting from support or service centre that there is no issue in phone - even after showing them live that phone is hanging.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a community of end use with zero influence over Apple decisions and policies. Neither do we have access to Apple service/repair records to research this for you.
Apple will not see your complaint here.
