Contact app glitching

What should be the most simple problem free app always glitches with the contact list jumping about, or when in a contact their info keeps ‘scrolling’ open like it’s constantly refreshing? Can I safely delete the app and reinstall if I’m backed up to iCloud? Any advice appreciated.

Contact app doesn't work properly Hi! I just changed from Android to an iPhone and I'm having an issue. I already logged in with my Google Account and checked that the contacts from my Google is toggled on, but now I'm facing this issue where my Contact list doesn't show any contacts and even doesn't let me add new ones. What should I do?

Cannot delete one contact; tapping it goes to Home screen Only one contact in my contact list won't delete.. There is nothing in that contact...when I click on it, it goes to the Home screen.

Btw I’m using iPhone 13 (not 4s as stated under this post!) iOS 17.3.1
