IOS 17.3.1 issue SOS only

My ATT iPad works on cellular but my iPhone with new update does not.

Did they announce this or is that an assumption?

I am in the same situation. Luckily, I am able to use the iPad as a hotspot and then use wifi calling on my iPhone.

Same problem. Woke up this morning and my iPhone 13 on iOS 17.3.1 is now stuck in SOS only.

my iPhone 14 (AT&T) is stuck on SOS after software update. This needs to be resolved ASAP as I need my phone for work and don’t have access to WiFi everywhere I need to go today.

My phone updated to the 17.3.1 last night and now my phone is stuck in SOS mode. I need my phone for work.

Same issue for me. I updated phone and wife didn’t. She has normal signal and I am in SOS mode.

I did the update last night and now have SOS up top and can't make calls. Can text and FT on WiFi. My sons phone can make calls- he did not do update

HELP!

I’ve tried everything to reset my phone and sim and nada. Has Apple announced anything? 🥲

Just upgraded to 17.3.1 and lost cell service. No bars, no calls, super annoying. Any solutions out there?

Same thing happened to me. IOS 17.3.1 update installed last night and got a SOS immediately and today no Cell service at all. Apple needs to stop pretending this isnt THEIR issue!!!

Same issue. No “fix” works. Not sure if this is an Apple or an AT&T problem but it’s incredibly frustrating. I have wifi but otherwise my iPhone is useless.
