MacBook Pro 16 Docking Station

Hey I have MacBook Pro 16” with M1 Pro chip. So my question is: Since the Mag Safe is providing 140W and there is no support over 100W power delivery on thunderbolt 4 docking stations is there a problem to use docking station with such power delivery (100W) as my main way of charging the MacBook?

This docking stations has the option to connect a battery charger to the the dock itself so when I only have one cable to connect to the laptop. I use two laptops, an MBP 13 M1 (personal) and a MBP 15 2019 for work. What is the MAX safe power input for M1 MacBookPro? I'm shopping for a high quality Thunderbolt3 dock for an M1 MacBookPro. The computer comes with a 61W power adapter. Some of the docks output 85W to the computer. How would that work? Would it overpower the computer? Would it just charge faster? Would the computer just take the 61W and ignore the high wattage possibility? Would I fry my computer? Help?

Can I use a Kensington sd5700T docking station with a Mac Studio? I've been using the Kensington SD5700T with my MacBook Pro. Just got a Mac Studio and I'd like to leave everything plugged into the docking station and just move the cable from the MacBook to the Studio and back when necessary. My question really is, will the fact that the dock supplies 90W to charge the MacBook do any damage to the studio? I would think it will only draw power if connected to a battery, but wanted to see if anyone knew for sure before I try it. Kensington site was of no use........
