iPad volume going up and down on it's own

New iPad changes volume by itself while apps are in use. Gradually gets louder and louder and then starts getting quieter and quieter. Cycles between loud and quiet every 30-60 seconds.

No headphones are in use, and Accessibility is turned Off. Have tried shutting iPad off and restarting.

iPad Air 5th Gen, latest iPad OS (17.3.1) was installed weeks ago, but did not fix this issue.

Ipad volume increases to max by self I recently received a refurbished ipad mini 5. The volume continually goes up to maximum while I’m using it. I turned off bluetooth and Sound Check as suggested, but it did not help. I’ve also done a hard restart. I have the latest update installed as well, but since I updated when I received the ipad, I don’t know if the update caused the issue.

iPad 7th Gen Volume Glitch Recently I have been having this issue where my iPad 7th Gen will randomly raise my volume to max if I touch the volume controls, both manual and control centre. It will allow me to lower it again, but will immediately raise it to max once I lower it. The only way to solve it is by restarting my iPad. Does anyone else have this problem and if so how do you fix it?

ipad 12.9 6 generation volume keep going down why My iPad 12.9 volume turns down about half way when I turn the volume up at max level.
