None of the movies I bought in iTunes are showing up in ‘View my purchases’. I had nearly 100 movies and they’ve all disappeared since the transition to Apple TV from iTunes.

When the transition from iTunes to AppleTV happened I just moved to Apple TV and I could see my film inventory. Now the screen there is completely blank, whether I go to ‘View My Purchases’ or ‘Go To the Store’, I get a blank white screen.

Hi jimMAC49,

If you're experiencing an issue where your purchased movies are not showing up in 'View My Purchases' on your Apple TV HD after the transition from iTunes to Apple TV, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

1. Check Apple ID:

- Ensure that you are logged in with the correct Apple ID that was used to purchase the movies. Sometimes multiple Apple IDs can lead to confusion regarding where purchases are stored.

2. Restart Apple TV:

- Try restarting your Apple TV. This can resolve temporary glitches that might be causing the issue. Go to Settings > System > Restart.

3. Check Internet Connection:

- Ensure that your Apple TV has a stable internet connection, as a poor connection can hinder the ability to view and stream your purchases.

4. Update tvOS:

- Make sure your Apple TV is running the latest version of tvOS. Go to Settings > System > Software Updates and install any available updates.

5. Check Apple's System Status:

- Visit Apple's System Status page to see if there are any known issues with the Apple TV service or other related services.

6. Restore Apple TV:

- If none of the above steps work, consider restoring your Apple TV to its factory settings. Go to Settings > System > Reset. Note that this will erase all data on your Apple TV, and you will have to set it up again from scratch.

7. Sign Out and Sign Back In:

- Sign out of your Apple ID on the Apple TV and then sign back in. This can sometimes refresh your account information and restore access to your purchases.

8. Contact Apple Support:

- If the issue persists, contact Apple Support for assistance. They can provide more specific guidance and check if there's an issue with your account.

9. View Purchases on Another Device:

- As a temporary solution, check if your purchases are visible on another device like an iPhone, iPad, or a computer. This can help determine if the issue is with your Apple TV or your account in general.

Remember, when dealing with digital purchases, it's important to keep track of the Apple ID used for transactions, as this is often the key to resolving such issues.

Good luck.
