Touchbar Disappeared on MacBook Pro 2018 with Sonoma Update

Device:

MacBook Pro 2018 15-inch with TouchBar

Processor: 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Memory: 16 GB 2400 MH DDR4

macOS: Sonoma 14.3.1

After Sonoma upgrade from Ventura, TouchBar is all black and not responsive, as if it wasn't there.

Of course tried restarting the device, multiple times.

Of course I googled same issues and tried solutions. For example, the services, in Activity Monitor, 'TouchBarServer' and 'Control Strip' are not even listed.
