Refund from Adobe

1 week ago, i got free trial from Adobe. Today i canceled my plan and i haven’t finish the trial yet. So i can get refund from them. But they got my money from my bank account today. Also i don’t know why but purchase is not visible on App Store but so there is no bill. How can they do that. I have no email about bill too. And when i am talking with customer care they’re keep telling me, you did your purchase from Apple, check Apple’s website. But there is no bill on Apple. What can i do for refund?

If it was a free trial, then what exactly do you want refunded?

- Free trials are free, as such you should not have been charged anything, since it was a FREE trial. If you were not charged anything, then there is nothing to be refunded.

2. If you were charged by Apple, it should appear on your Apple ID's subscription list. Follow the steps in the link below to try to find the subscription.

3. If the charge appears directly as "Adobe" or something else other than "Apple.com/bill" on your payment method's statement, then it is not being charged by Apple, so Apple cannot directly refund it.

The charge as shown appears to come directly form Adobe not Apple. As mentioned, if it came form Apple, it would appear as "Apple.com/bill". not Adobe.com.

That fact it shows as Adobe.com indicates it was charged directly from Adobe, regardless of what they are telling you. That charge is not from Apple in any way shape or form.

Yea it supposed to be free trial. And in Adobe website it is showing "you have 8 days before the end of free trial" but Adobe received payment without asking any permission?

2.It is not showing as apple.com/bill but Adobe customer care saying, you have to talk with Apple because you downloaded app from Apple. And my payment is not showing on history so i don't get it. And there's a purchase in my bank account?
