when every i select anything the loading wheel appear and its loads for 30 secs and then it allow me to do what i am doing , how fix this loading issues everytime is using fcpx

Capacity of your system drive, how much of that is free space?
Delete all (generated ) render files via File menu (select the Library in the Browser first).
Delete pref files (hole cmd-opt while launching FCP).
Then run etrecheck as per Tom's instructions.
Please post that Etrecheck report that Tom requested, so we know more and can offer more targeted help
The version I am using is 10.7.1 it's driving me crazy. Whenever i touch any option the loading wheels appear and everything stacks for 30 seconds, Please help he find a fix
