the laptop has been blocked by the system on the apple server and is not connecting. It is not even updated and the date is April 1, 1976.

I forgot the password on my mac. I entered the password 3 times incorrectly. They offered to reset the password via ID. I entered my username and password from my account, but it turned out that the laptop was blocked by the system on the apple server and does not connect. It is not even updated and the date is April 1, 1976. It turns out through my id, which is on the mac, I can't reset the password. It is also impossible to use utilities and comand r, there is also a password there. How do I unlock my laptop on the apple server so that my ID password works? due to the blocking on the server, the terminal does not connect either. Is there any official request and service that would help me unlock the mac on the server, so that I could reset my password through my id? mac book pro 2018 i5

Am no expert in this area, yet your request surely deserves some response.

Wondering if Apple support's online article (link below) can help:

About : Online Activation Lock Removal

Request additional support for unlocking your device:

Proof of ownership documentation is required, and must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.

Device must not be in Lost mode

All files and data will be removed.

NB: If you restore from a local backup, that will re-enable activation lock.
