Ticketmaster app freezing on My Events page

I am signed into the Ticketmaster app. When first opening the Home page loads, I can navigate to the For You page, the Sell page and the My Account page but when trying to open the My Events page the app freezes and I'm not able to navigate back to any other page without closing the app and reopening. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I've tried logging out and back in. I've tried restarting my phone. Nothing fixes the issue. If l login to Ticketmaster through a browser I am able to see all my events/tickets. How can I fix the app issue?

The best workaround I found was to download the live nation app which is also Ticketmaster and same login my events works fine in that app

wouldn't that mean that you'd have to manually re-input every contact, and you'd lose all your notes?

if so, it's a complete nonstarter and apple really needs to figure out an actual fix, rather than telling people to spend hours trying to manually recreate years of data.

I'm having the same issue with an iPhone 15 Pro. I chatted with Ticketmaster support and they could only propose a workaround:

If you’re having issues viewing your tickets in the App, try signing into your online account using the mobile browser instead. You should be able to access your tickets without any issues.

I pinged their support on Twitter about a fix for the app. It's really unacceptable to not have their app work when they instruct you to use your phone for tickets.

I have the exact same issue happened to my wife who has a iPhone 15; I have the 15Plus. The app works on my phone and not hers.

We have current up to date software. reinstalled the app several times. very frustrating.

That worked! They really should fix the Ticketmaster app, but this workaround works.

I called ticketmaster for this same issue and they said use the browser and not the app. Clearly an app issue

I was given some very useful information. I downloaded the Live Nation app and I am now using that for my Ticketmaster purchases, It’s the same company. I no longer use the Ticketmaster app.
