MyFitness Pal syncs to Apple Health with incorrect data

My data is syncing from MFP to Apple Health, but what displays in Apple doesn’t match what I entered by several hundred calories. I have no other apps syncing, so what gives? For example I ate 1,822 calories that I logged, but Apple Health app shows 2,023.

Today I opened Apple Health and discovered something had already added a weight for today about 45 min ago. This weight is about 40 pounds over where I am. The only explanation I can think of was that I was doing some "housecleaning" disconnecting some apps (Withings, MySugr, Heartline, MyFitnessPal etc.). I no longer wanted connected to Apple Health and one of them appears to have left a "gift in the punch bowl" on the way out. Back in the day, there was an option to edit data in the Apple Health. Today it looks like I can only add data. Anyway I can determine the source of that datapoint? Any way to delete that entry? Right now I am suspecting MyFitnessPal as it recently (as in the last 2-3 days and it is now listed as a "known bug" on their web site) started having problems reading exercise calories from Apple Health.

Does Apple Health app display wrong "Activity Energy" Hello community, does any body have the same issue. I use the runtastic app and did a run e.g. 400calories, but in apples health app the value of 1.673kJ. So the problem is that 400calories are 1,673kJ or 1.673J. I know that is only a display bug, but the error is factor of 1000. But the next problem is a man should eat 2000 - 2500kcal a day... A run over 3miles or 5km i used only 400calories... is this possible or should the value be 400kcal? If it should be 400kcal than the value off apples health app is correct... but not the display in the runtastic app... May someone can help

Apple health tracking calories burned incorrectly since iOS 16 i use an app called strong app to track my weightlifting progress. It writes to Apple health which writes to my oura ring (a wearable fitness device). Previously, this worked swimmingly . In the first attached screenshot you can see the data in oura - it shows my activity intensity and accurate calories burned. But ever since updating to iOS 16, the workouts all get tracked as 0 intensity and very low calorie burn. Why is this? Nothing has changed about my workouts or how I track them. Could it have to do with the Fitness feature? Any help is very much appreciated, it’s very 😢 to not be able to track workouts accurately. Thanks, A
