I’m trying to get iTunes to load in iMovie. However, the message I get is that 5 devices have already been authorized, but the Account Settings in Apple Music says that only one machine is authorized and does not give me the option to de-/authorize anything. I only have one Apple ID. What should I do?

As I recall, one needs to sign in to the iTunes website with the authorized device, and deauthorize from there.

If you have done the following from your device, and your device is not then de-authorized, I would suggest calling Apple Customer Support.

So, somehow there is no connection between the 5 devices that seem to be authorized when I try to load iTunes in iMovie and the device I’m using now. In iMovie it says that 5 devices are already authorized, while in ITunes it says that only one device is authorized. ???
