Unable to edit Live Photos

I am unable to edit Live Photos or change the key photo. The slider at the bottom is frozen. I have switched the phone on and off. Still the same result.

iphone 15 live photos keeps turning on by itself On my iphone, my camara keeps reverting to live photos. I have gone to settings, camera, preserve setting and unlinked (so the button is grey) the camera mode, but it keeps reverting to live photos. i have also clicked the "live photo" mark on top right when taking a photo, that photo does not go to Live, but after a few hours ( i haven't actually timed it), if i take a photo it reverts to "live". Why? Even after I use the camera>preserve> Live photo, set so that Live does not turn back on! You got any more bright ideas Apple? I've been buying Iphones since they first came out because of their reliability, but this is the LAST Iphone I buy. I'm going back to android!

No plus icon in Photos app When trying to select the three-dots menu in a Photos album, my iphone 6s froze for a few seconds, then was working again. But after that, the “add photos” plus icon usually at the bottom of the album isn’t there, and I can’t rearrange photos within any albums either. I’ve tried restarting my phone multiple times, and nothing has changed :(
