ECG "not supported in my country" but it is

Make sure your Apple Watch's region is set to your country, which in your case would be Israel.

To do this follow the steps below:

1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone
2. Tap on General
3. Towards the middle of the list you should see "Language & Region", tap that
4. Then select "Custom", this is simply so you can view what region it is set to as it should be mirroring your phone's configuration.
5. If it is not set to Israel then, tap on "Region" and select Isreal from the menu OR set it back to mirror & change your phone's region to Israel (Settings > General > Language & Region > Region > And then select Israel)
6. This should also update it on your watch
7. Then go to the ECG app on your watch & try to use it.
