Hello everyone, i had to buy an apple watch series 10 when i was on a trip to Qatar, and didnt activate it until i landed in Morocco, now that i did i can't get the ECG to be set from my iphone, it doesnt give me the hand to do so when actualy for someone who's regions settings are USA, can someone help me get this running please, i appreciate

I'm not completely clear on your situation. If, however, you have set up your Apple Watch with Morocco as your region, then the ECG app will not be available to you. See:

My iphone's region is set on USA and the watch is set automatically as the iphone but still i can't set up the ECG :(
