MacBook Pro crashes randomly

Hi, I have a mi 2012 13' macbookpro and 1 week ago, it started random crashes.

What does that mean ?

Do I have to change the Ram as I read on other posts ?

That's a kernel panic. Read If your Mac restarts and a message appears – Apple Support.


If you installed aftermarket RAM, yes that is one of a number of possibilities. Post the entire text of the crash report, or a future crash report. It may or may not implicate RAM, but there are clues we can look for.
