First, open the Find My app and check if your AirPod Pros are being displayed there, if not then follow the steps bellow:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap on Bluetooth
Open your AirPods Case
Hold the button down on the back for about 3 seconds
Your AirPods should show up there
Tap them to connect
