I am unable to authorize devices on Apple Music

Apple Music is prompting me to authorize my computer. When I attempt this, I am told that I have already authorized 5 devices. However, when I go to manage authorized devices only 2 devices show in the list.


Also, not sure why I am prompted to authorize. I've made no changes in a long time.
