Whatsapp download twice photo and video

It's a Whatsapp issue . Tried to update the whatsapp and it worked . The new Whatsapp version is 2.24.5.75

Just received an update of WhatsApp. The problem is fixed with : 2.24.5.75

the problem got solved by whatsapp. just get the new update: 24.5.75

With latest what’s app update (24.5.75), issues has been resolved.

so kindly update your what’s app.

Did you actually read through the thread, this is a whatsapp issue, as another user updated their app and it fixed the issue.

the issue is not related to iOS 17.4, I have it as well on my iPhone 8 running iOS 16.3.1

most surely it’s related to a bug into the latest whatsapp version

try update the app, it worked for me

I don’t know how to check the version but right now I see that there is an update to version 24.5.3 ready to be installed.

again, I’m on iOS 16.3.1 and I have the same exact issue, most likely it’s related to the app itself and not iOS.

The same thing happens to me, and I have the version 2.24.5.74. It has to be something of updating to ios 17.4, because before updating this didn´t happen.

I got the same issue before and after update to IOS 17.4. Seems it’s the issue of WhatsApp latest update.

okay so they didn’t reply to me to the first request, then i tried again and this was their response:

unfortunately, the problem persists.
