I just got a MacBook pro to replace my mac desktop - now I cannot receive emails from 1 person .... it is a business that is trying to send me a bill and it has always come thru before. Any suggestions?

I did a complete data transfer from my desktop to my new laptop and was helped thru apple support, so everything seemed fine until this email issue. It has never been a problem receiving from this sender before the new laptop?

Any suggestions? I am not techy at all .......

Look in your spam/junk folder for the email.

Does the sender receive an error when trying to send you an email?

First thing I would look at for Mail issues—

Open Mail.app select Mail>Settings>Privacy disable:

Protect Mail Activity
