Is there any way to prevent the Dock from covering the bottom of the Tips App?

I am a new MacOs user and would like to know if there is any way to resize the Tips App window so that I don't need to change the size of my Dock or change the screen resolution (current resolution at 1280 x 800)? As you can see below, the Dock covers up the bottom half of the window. I appreciate your help.

Place the Dock on the Left or Right side.

Or try Option-Click on the Green stoplight window button to resize the window so it uses the screen space not covered by the menu bar and the Dock.

Or Click on the Green stoplight window button, and take the window Full Screen. Push your cursor to the top of the screen to get the window stoplight controls to reappear, so you can Click the Green button again and get out of Full Screen mode (or pres the Escape key).
