im opening msgr kids and it crashes the second i open it

Contact Meta for support. It is known that Meta is very difficult to contact directly for Support and their site is basically a How To site with no actual problem solving abilities, but they are the only ones that can fix an app that they create.

All you can do yourself is delete the app and try installing it again.
