iOS 17.4 has bricked my wifes phone
She updated her 13 this morning around 9am and ever since it has not had any cellular data, text messages are green, and can’t receive calls or dial out; keeps saying “cellular data is turned off” when I go into the settings, it’s still on. After hours on the phone with our carrier and Apple support, I’ve reset network settings, removed the physical SIM, converted to eSIM, restarted the phone about 10 times, carrier says it’s a device issue as they have tried everything from their side. Apple support runs a few diagnostic tests and says it’s a carrier issue and won’t replace the phone.
