Activation required/Dismissed

I’ve had my iPhone 14 Pro Max for a year now. Suddenly today activation required/dismiss randomly popped up. I dismissed it. Now I’m only getting text notification alerts when my phone is on the Lock Screen. I tried turning it off and back on and the same thing popped up. Activation required/Dismiss. I’m able to make calls and send messages. Just not getting the notifications.
