On my wife’s iPhone 15, the screen is unresponsive after multiple soft resets (at least a dozen) and the USB-C port isn’t working. Did the update today. Does anyone know how to fix it? Or is it bricked at this point?

it’s also stuck on the hello screen.

steps taken;

cleared debris from port.

done a soft reset 15+ times.

tried 8 different cables. All work on my phone. None work on my wife’s.

I know that you mentioned that you have done “Soft Resets”. Are those the same as Forced Restarts? See below:

——-

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

(2)  If that does not help, then contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation. Your iPhone 15 Pro is still under Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty (US). Take advantage of it.
