NordVPN connection

I subscribed to NordVPN and it worked on my MacAir and android phone just fine for about 2 weeks. Now the phone is still working but the MacAir laptop loads the NordVPN app but it wants me to subscribe again.

Here are several steps you can follow to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve this issue:

First, verify that your NordVPN subscription is active:

- Log in to your NordVPN account through their website from any device.

- Check the status of your subscription to ensure it's active and hasn't expired or been canceled.

If your subscription is active, try signing out and then signing back into your NordVPN account within the app on your MacBook Air:

- Open the NordVPN app.

- Find the option to log out in the settings or account section.

- After logging out, close the app.

- Re-open the app and sign back into your account.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the NordVPN app:

- Check the Mac App Store or NordVPN's official website for any available updates for NordVPN.

- If an update is available, download and install it, then try accessing your account again.

Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve temporary glitches affecting apps:

- Close the NordVPN app.

- Restart your MacBook Air.

- After restarting, open the NordVPN app and try to log in again.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the NordVPN app:

- Uninstall NordVPN from your MacBook Air.

- Download the latest version of the app from the NordVPN website or the Mac App Store.

- Install the app, then log in with your account details.

Ensure there are not multiple instances of NordVPN (or VPN profiles) installed on your MacBook Air which could be causing conflicts:

- Go to System Preferences > Network and look for any VPN profiles related to NordVPN or others you may have installed. Remove any that you're not using by selecting them and clicking the minus (-) button.

If none of the above steps work, the issue might be on the account or server side, which NordVPN's support team needs to resolve:

- Contact NordVPN customer support through their website.

- Provide them with details of your issue, steps you've already taken to troubleshoot, and your subscription status.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with NordVPN on your MacBook Air. Remember to keep sensitive information secure and only download apps from reputable sources.

NordVPN is unnecessary. It doesn't make your computer more secure. I recommend you get rid of it entirely. See here for more information:
