How to export selected contacts from Outlook on iPad for mailing labels in Numbers

I have created a list in Outlook on my iPad. I want to create mailing labels from that list.

1. When I try to create a CSV file, it creates a file of all the contacts in Outlook. I want to create the CSV file from a list I created in Outlook which only has select names.
2. How do I then create the labels in Numbers?
