I had to get a new iPhone 14 because my iPhone 13 screen broke (green screen) and now I cannot transfer my data from that phone for some reason. Is there a way to recover my photos and accounts and messages ?

You can restore the new phone from your last backup.

If you made backups, you can restore from them. If not, there is no way to recover data from a phone you can't access.
