FaceID is not working on iPhone 14

The Face ID stopped recognizing my face so I went on to set Face ID once again and it shows that “Face ID is not available try again later”. I’ve seen other discussions and they’re completely useless. Tried restarting the phone, updating, doing the steps on airplane mode, without WiFi, and still doesn’t seem to work. It’s clearly a software malfunction and the camera is completely fine. It all started with the Face ID taking long to recognize me until it just stopped. It’s an IPhone 14 and still new with the lasted update. Hope I find help here.

If Face ID isn't working for you, there is most likely something wrong with your TrueDepth camera. First, look at these two articles for help. If that doesn't fix the issue, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have your camera issue diagnosed.

If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

If Face ID isn't working - Apple Support (AZ)

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.

Thank you so much this was helpful, totally forgot about the screen protector didn’t think a transparent object could cause an issue like that. Thanks again Kurtosis12
