Anyone have issues with no sound on iPhone after 17.4.1 update? I have tried restarting phone, going to settings and then to sound & haptics and sliding the ringtone button back and forth. I hear the ringtone when sliding the button. No sound from any app or music. Any suggestions?

I have restarted etc, verified the sounds and haptics, turned off the bluetooth etc. What I noticed is that when I go into my sounds, my ringtone and alerts is all the way up and if I play my ringtone from here I can hear it fine. If I then call myself from my office line I can barely hear the ringing. I was able to fix this problem by going into my ringtone selecting a different ringtone and then playing that one and calling myself. Volume worked fine, went back in and changed my ringtone back to Reflection and then called myself and the volume then worked for me. I was dinking with this for at least 30 minutes trying to get my phone to ring so I could hear it.
I am getting no ring tone when receiving a call. Volume is set midrange.
in the sounds an haptics section of settings there is no “silent mode” slider but the phone is acting as if in silent mode
I am facing the same issue while using mic its static and sometimes does not even respond
