i have to use control + option + shift + power very often on my imac 2017 because it gets really slow

hello everyone, i have this trouble, every couple of days my imac 2017 starts to get slowly, real slow using any program or application, google, excel o anything, i have changed to a ssd drive , changed the ram, cleaned the fans, and the problem still there, its updated, im running ventura but when the problem started i downgraded a lot and the problem didnt stop, i dont know what to do, somebody told me to change the little battery on the motherboard but the problem is still there, when i do the reset it gets normal, high speed to do anything, works very fine but in a couple of days the problem starts again

my imac have an 3ghz intel core i5 16 ram radeon pro 555 2gb and 512 ssd
