iPhone password compromised notification, but doesn’t say which passwords are compromised

I got the iPhone notification saying my passwords have been leaked but once I open the security recommendations in settings, it only says that my password is being reused which makes it easily compromised or that my password is easily guessed.

What I’m confused about is that I received this notification once a long time ago where a password was said to have been in a data leak, it was a saved password on my iPhone that was for someone else’s account, so the username/email and password combo was nothing like what I use for my own accounts. I let the person know my iPhone notified my the details have been leaked.

So has iPhone changed and is no longer telling me which of my own existing passwords have been leaked or is it sending me the alert/notification just because my password is being reused and easily guessed but has not actually been leaked? Because if my password has been leaked why is iPhone not telling me that “this one has appeared in a data leak”?
