Stop PDF file from automatically opening

For my job, I have to download a lot of PDF files to upload them to my tracking system. Currently for every single pdf that I download from Chrome, they are automatically opening in Preview when I download them. I don't want them to open, I simply want them to download to my downloads folder.

I'm unsure if this is a Chrome setting that needs tweaked or on my Mac itself.
