How to Request a Refund for Accidental Microsoft Subscription Purchase on App Store

I was trying to buy a subscription from. microsoft but accidently bought it for a whole year, it cost $59.99. and 60 bucks is alot. I tried refunding it but the money is not coming back into my account. If anyone please knows how long it will take for it to come back, please lemme know. Thank you
