"Account recovery is not available because of a server error. Start over and try again."
So I had to do a lost password/recovery for my son's phone.
Tonight, after 72 hours I got an email from Apple saying I could try a reset.
However, I get "Account recovery is not available because of a server error. Start over and try again."
I have used 3 entirely different devices (2 PCs, my own personal iPhone). No luck.
Can anyone help?
