sign in with your Apple ID and select a refund option and below that select I did not mean to subscribe/ purchase this item and choose the item because the items that took your money will appear and choose them then submit, they will give you 2days for them to reply and if they say you have been refunded give them another 2 days you will receive your money and it works 100% it did work for me
