iPad 10 2022 10.9“ doesn‘t have smooth gestures

I bought the iPad 10 last week its great, its fast, battery life is awesome but my only issue with it is the smoothness of the gestures. E.g opening and closing apps sliding on the homescreen, app taskmanager it just feels like 30fps instead of 60fps like regular apple devices. It does not have to with reduce motion, does not have to with my iPadOS version (newest as of now 17.4.1) nor is my storage full i have 37 gb left. I also tried to factory reset it and or hard reset it, its still the same. It really bothers me, i would appreciate any help in this regard.
